Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in sales, business development, account management, fleet, automotive, tyre, mobility, lease, rental, government procurement or other B2B customer roles
• A genuine hunter mentality with proven ability to identify and win new business
• A track record of growing accounts, managing a pipeline and negotiating commercially sound outcomes
• Strong commercial instincts — you understand pricing, margin and what drives profitability in a fleet tyre business
• Confidence building relationships with national customers while coordinating delivery through stores and dealer partners you don't directly manage
• A full, clean New Zealand driver licence and genuine willingness to travel nationally

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business across lease, rental, government and corporate fleets; win new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Own the sales plan for New Zealand Consumer Fleet with structured account targets.
• Manage national accounts by building relationships with decision-makers and fleet managers.
• Drive profitable growth delivering tyre volume, revenue and gross margin.
• Lead pricing, rebates and tender activity with a focus on margin and competitiveness.
• Coordinate delivery through equity stores and dealer partners to fulfil commitments.
