Job summary

New Zealand Media and Entertainment in Napier is seeking an Account Manager (Media Specialist) to manage and grow a portfolio of NZME customers across Hawke’s Bay. This is a proactive sales role focused on new business, building relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions across our digital, print and audio offerings.

You’ll own your sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM activity, collaborate with internal teams, and aim to meet sales targets by growing accounts and unlocking

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in sales, business development or account management.
• A genuine sales mindset and confidence picking up the phone, prospecting and approaching new customers.
• A proven ability to meet sales targets and grow accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach. You’re someone who goes looking for opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• A collaborative attitude and commercial mindset.
