Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Australia seeks an experienced WMS/IT systems analyst to configure, integrate, and support Manhattan WMS while contributing to batch processing, releases, and documentation. You will work with core DC operations, incident/change management, and cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

The role leverages IBM Cognos SCI, MOCA, Oracle DB, SQL, and Azure Cloud in a distribution environment, with opportunities for growth, learning, and collaboration across our global

Qualifications

• Manhattan WMS configuration, integration, and support (preferably 2018 version).
• Strong knowledge of Distribution Center operations and supply chain processes.
• Incident, problem, and change management experience.
• Batch process support and system monitoring expertise.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with IBM Cognos SCI, MOCA, Oracle DB, SQL, and Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development and support for Manhattan WMS (incidents, problems, service requests, system health checks).
• Configure, integrate, and enhance WMS functionalities based on business requirements.
• Support batch jobs, critical system processes, user management, and access provisioning.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with product vendors for L3/L4 support and manage escalations.
• Analyze business requirements, contribute to user story grooming, and support QA/testing activities.
• Participate in release management, deployments, and post-production support.
