Job summary

Star Group's Star Hospitality unit is seeking a commercially sharp, people-focused operational leader to take responsibility for performance across its multi-site venue portfolio.

As Head of Hospitality Operations, you’ll own the hospitality P&L and lead our Operations Managers and Multi-Site Business Leaders, turning strategy into venue-level execution to drive revenue, labour productivity, cost control, guest experience, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in a multi-site, customer-facing business.
• Proven ownership of a substantial P&L
• A track record of improving commercial and operational performance
• Strong, practical people leadership
• The judgement and resilience to lead through change
• Direct hospitality experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional leaders from similarly complex, labour-intensive service businesses will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospitality P&L and lead our Operations Managers and Multi-Site Business Leaders.
• Turn strategy into venue-level execution, driving revenue, labour productivity, cost control, guest experience, safety and compliance.
• Establish disciplined operating rhythms and build leaders who take ownership of their results.
• Know when to coach, when to challenge and when decisive action is needed.
