Job summary

Saul Recruitment is helping a Christchurch-based MSP recruit for L2/L3 Engineering roles. You will deliver technical support across client environments, design and architect solutions, and drive cloud/infrastructure projects with hands-on security involvement.

The role emphasises ongoing training, certifications, and career growth within a collaborative, client-focused team with hybrid working flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven MSP experience supporting multiple client environments.
• Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments.
• Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot).

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 2 and 3 engineering support across client environments.
• Running client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture (L3 Role).
• Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects (L3 Role).
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Visiting client sites when required.
• Acting as a technical advisor to clients.
• Assist on security projects.
• Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems.
