Job summary

Recreational Services in New Zealand is looking for a Mower Operator to join our Waitaki team. You will mow, weed eat, perform basic maintenance on tools, and keep grounds looking well presented as part of a varied outdoor role.

We value reliability and a positive attitude. A full NZ driver license with the ability to drive a manual is essential (class 2 is a bonus). Benefits include a wellness allowance, tool allowance, work phone, and development opportunities.

If you enjoy working outdoors, possess an awesome work ethic and have your full NZ drivers' licence, then this role would suit you! We currently havea vacancy for a Mower Operator to join our high-performing Waitaki team.

What does a mower operator do you ask?

You will be responsible for general parks and grounds maintenance with activities including (and we will train you if you're not an expert), mowing, weed eating, basic mechanical maintenance of plant and ensuring that the grounds always look well presented. This is a varied, physical role upkeeping our local community, where you will be a highly valued member of the team!

Who we are looking for:

Not only will you be reliable and motivated, but you will also have:

• A full, current driver license with the ability to drive a manual - even better if you have a class 2 license.
• Enjoy working outside and get great satisfaction from a job well done!
• Basic computer skills will be beneficial.
