Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Mower Operator to join the Taumarunui team. You will perform mowing, weed eating, and light maintenance to keep parks and grounds looking well presented for the local community.

This is a physical, outdoors role with training provided. A valid driver license (manual preferred) and a safety-focused mindset are required. We offer a performance-based salary, guaranteed hours, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A full, current driver license with the ability to drive a manual.
• Even better if you have a class 2 license.
• Enjoy working outside and get great satisfaction from a job well done.
• Basic computer skills will be beneficial.
• A commitment to upholding our company's Health and Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• General parks and grounds maintenance including mowing and weed eating.
• Basic mechanical maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Keep grounds well presented and tidy for the local community.

We currently havea vacancy for a Mower Operator to join our high performingRuapehu (Taumaranui) team.

What does a mower operator do you ask?

You will be responsible for general parks and grounds maintenance with activities including (and we will train you if you're not an expert), mowing, weed eating, basic mechanical maintenance of plant and ensuring that the grounds always look well presented. This is a varied, physical role upkeeping our local community, where you will be a highly valued member of the team!

Who we are looking for:

Not only will you be reliable and motivated, but you will also have:

• A full, current driver license with the ability to drive a manual - even better if you have a class 2 license.
• Enjoy working outside and get great satisfaction from a job well done!
