Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience repairing and diagnosing faults on small engines.
  • A Class 6 motorcycle licence endorsement.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and accurately identifying faults across motorcycles and recreational vehicles.
  • Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to the highest standard.
  • Assisting the service team with repair estimates and technical advice.
  • Working closely with the parts department to ensure timely repair completion.
  • Supporting OEM warranty processes and documentation.
  • Providing technical guidance and contributing to the development of other team members.
  • Delivering exceptional outcomes that keep customers safe and mobile.

What you'll be doing

Every day brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to solve complex technical problems. Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and accurately identifying faults across a range of motorcycles and recreational vehicles.

Performing servicing, repairs, and maintenance efficiently and to the highest standard.

Assisting the service team with repair estimates and technical advice.

Working closely with the parts department to ensure timely repair completion.

Supporting OEM warranty processes and documentation requirements.

Providing technical guidance and contributing to the development of other team members.

Delivering exceptional outcomes that keep our customers safe, mobile, and enjoying their adventures.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical excellence with a positive, team-focused attitude.

You’ll have:

5+ years experience repairing and diagnosing faults on small engines.

Strong engineering and mechanical skills with confidence in fault-finding and problem-solving.

A Class 6 motorcycle licence endorsement.

A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This position is a permanent, full-time position, 42.5hr 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with some rostered Saturday work during peak season (9:00am to 12:00pm)
