Job summary

Crash Management, based at Ellerslie, Auckland, seeks an energetic claims/repair coordinator to own end-to-end motor vehicle claims for Australian corporate clients. You will be the operational engine—keeping all parties informed and ensuring repairs move forward without delay.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the role requires 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in motor vehicle insurance claims or panel repair coordination, with strong English communication and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing motor vehicle insurance claims.
• Alternative experience in panel repair or insurance coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English to engage Australian corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Central stakeholder facilitation among drivers, fleet managers, brokers, insurers, and repair facilities.
• Proactively chase repair progress, approvals, and parts updates to beat turnaround times.
• Maintain proactive communication and provide updates before asked.
• Use the DingGo portal to track milestones and provide live visibility to clients.
