Job summary

Enva Financial is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Adviser or lending professional to join our Auckland team. Enjoy warm leads weekly and accelerated earnings through performance bonuses as you help clients secure mortgages with our support.

We offer comprehensive training, leadership development, and a strong team culture. Applicants with Level 5 lending credentials are preferred, and training is provided to accelerate your career in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or lending professional
• Level 5 Certificate in residential property lending required on commencement; current students encouraged
• You are a natural communicator who loves talking to clients and helping them
• You understand that you drive your own revenue - the more clients you help, the more you get in bonuses
• Applicants must have unconditional working rights in New Zealand

About you:

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or a lending professional within the banking industry

Level 5 Certificate in residential property lending required upon commencement; current students and those yet to start are encouraged to apply

You are a natural communicator who loves talking to clients and really helping them

You understand that you drive your own revenue - the more clients you help, the more you get in bonuses

You love the work you do and your work ethic reflects this

Please note that applicants who already have their Level 5 in residential property lending are preferred and will be progressed first - we want to get the ball rolling with some great achievements as soon as possible!

We will provide comprehensive training on top of the skills you should already have. What we are looking for is a motivation to achieve and a drive to get lending applications across the line.
