Job summary

The Warehouse Group Auckland is seeking a detail-oriented Modern Workplace Analyst to join our Services & End User Compute team. You'll support service management processes, reporting, asset and licence administration, supplier coordination and continuous improvement across our modern workplace environment.

Reporting to the Service & Modern Workplace Lead, you will help ensure operational processes run smoothly, maintain accurate records, and deliver actions on time.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operations, projects or service management.
• Strong administrative, organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyse data and create dashboards that translate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support incident, request, change and problem management processes.
• Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards (Power BI).
• Analyse asset, software and operational data for improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.
• Assist with procurement, purchase orders and licences.
• Coordinate supplier actions and service requests; track milestones.
• Support projects with milestone tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Review and maintain SOPs and knowledge documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement across technology services.
