Job summary

Les Mills International is seeking a Mobile Designer for our B2B Product team. You will own end-to-end mobile design for the Instructor App and future B2B products, guiding research through to shipped outcomes.

You will design for real-world moments, collaborate with Product and Engineering in an Agile environment, and explore AI-driven flows and design system updates to move faster. A hybrid work setup is available to support flexible work styles.

Qualifications

Deep mobile design expertise with a user-centered approach.
Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture and prototyping.
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in an Agile environment.
Ability to use research and data to justify design decisions.
Willingness to use AI to streamline flows, contribute to design systems and front-end updates.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end mobile design for the Instructor App and future B2B products, from research through to shipped outcomes.
Design for real-world moments (instructors on the move, patchy connectivity, time-sensitive tasks) and map journeys across mobile, web, email, notifications and support.
Put AI to work in your day-to-day design, from faster workflows to reusable design system patterns.
