Job summary

Les Mills International is seeking a Mobile Designer for our B2B Product team. You will own end-to-end mobile design for the Instructor App and future B2B products, guiding research through to shipped outcomes.

You will design for real-world moments, collaborate with Product and Engineering in an Agile environment, and explore AI-driven flows and design system updates to move faster. A hybrid work setup is available to support flexible work styles.

Qualifications

• Deep mobile design expertise with a user-centered approach.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture and prototyping.

• Ability to use research and data to justify design decisions.

The role

We’re looking for a Mobile Designer within our B2B Product team. We are the team building the digital tools that instructors, clubs and business partners rely on every day. Our goal is to create intuitive, connected experiences across mobile, web and operational touchpoints that make delivering great fitness easier, with AI helping us move faster.

Skills And Experience You’ll Need

You bring deep mobile design expertise and a user-centered approach, with strong skills in interaction design, information architecture and prototyping. You are comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering in an agile environment, using research and data to make and explain design decisions, and you stay pragmatic and curious when things are ambiguous. You are keen to use AI to streamline flows, design system work and front-end updates.

You Will Ideally Need Experience In The Following

• Strong product design experience with a specialist focus on mobile applications
• A portfolio showing end-to-end mobile design, from research and journey definition through to shipped outcomes
• Interaction design, prototyping, usability testing and visual design, with working knowledge of iOS and Android conventions and accessibility standards
• Planning journeys across multiple digital and service touchpoints, using qualitative research and quantitative data to guide decisions
• Designing for instructors, clubs or other B2B users, including offline, low-connectivity, notification or content-download use cases (ideally in fitness, health, media or subscription products)
• Using AI tools, such as Claude Code, to create AI-assisted flows, contribute to a cross-platform design system and make simple front-end updates
