Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Tauranga is seeking a Trade Desk Team Member to join our busy Trade Department on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours p/w). Availability to work one weekend day is required. This role will generally be rostered Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

Work rosters published at least two weeks in advance. You will provide friendly service, help customers, process purchases, maintain a tidy department, and develop product knowledge to offer the right solutions.

• Ability to perform physical duties including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as part of our One Team culture.
• Provide friendly service to customers from tradespeople to DIY enthusiasts.
• Process purchases and orders at the tills.
• Keep the Trade Department clean, organised and well-presented.
• Build product knowledge to help customers find solutions.
• Assist with loading vehicles when required.

We are currently looking for a Trade Desk Team Member to join our busy and successful Trade Department on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours p/w). Availability to work one weekend day is required. • Assist with loading customer vehicles, trailers, and utes when required
• Support other areas of the store as needed
