Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a friendly Trade Drive-Thru Customer Service team member to help DIY and trade customers with queries, keep the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy, and provide great service.

We offer flexible rosters, staff discounts and a positive, supportive work environment. Applicants must have NZ citizenship, residency or a current open work visa for NZ.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and strong communication.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and learn new products quickly.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Trade and DIY customers at the Drive-Thru.
• Keep the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy.
• Provide product information and resolve queries.
• Support stock checks and roster needs when required.

TRADE Drive-Thru Customer Service (Part time or Full time)

With our state-of-the-art trade area and a growing local building industry, there are plenty of opportunities for development and progression within the company.

We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru. This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.

You will bring;

• A focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure
• Good numeracy skills
• A very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable
• Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn
• Possession of a forklift licence would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement
