Job summary

Mitre 10 Alexandra is hiring a fixed-term Retail Team Member to support customers with DIY, hardware, gardening, and home improvement projects.

Working 27 hours per week from Saturday to Tuesday, you will deliver excellent service, assist shoppers, replenish stock, operate tills, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Training is provided, and you will join a friendly, family‑oriented team at Mitre 10 Alexandra.

Available Roles

• Fixed-term position
• 27 hours per week
• Saturday to Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product advice
• Assist customers with their DIY, hardware, garden, and home improvement projects

• Operate tills and process customer transactions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an excellent shopping experience
