Job summary

AWF New Zealand is seeking a Chef or experienced Cook for Milford Sound cruise vessels, offering a unique lifestyle aboard day cruise boats with spectacular Milford Sound scenery. You will prepare buffet and café-style meals, complete daily kitchen prep, maintain high food quality and presentation, ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety, and contribute to a collaborative team.

The role features a 10 days on / 4 days off roster, a pay rate of $46 per hour, plus accommodation and travel

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef or experienced Cook.
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Reliability and commitment to a 10 days on / 4 days off roster.
