Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers in Auckland seeks a commercially sharp Media Buyer to drive paid acquisition, primarily on Meta, with expansion to Google Ads and TikTok. The role focuses on performance data, testing and ecommerce growth within a fast-paced, in-house team.

You will own campaign build, testing, optimization and reporting, collaborating with creative and ecommerce teams to scale spend and improve CAC/ROAS across the US market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media experience.
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Ecommerce or DTC experience.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Track record of scaling campaigns, not just maintaining them.
• Strong understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, AOV, CVR, LTV.
• Experience with creative testing and performance analysis.
• Shopify experience.
• Google Ads experience is an advantage.
• TikTok Ads experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Scale winning campaigns and creative while protecting acquisition economics.
• Manage budgets and daily pacing.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, AOV and CVR.
• Run structured creative, audience and offer tests.
• Analyse performance across ads, audiences, placements and landing pages.
• Identify performance issues and opportunities quickly.
• Turn advertising data into clear actions for the creative team.
• Work with Head of Meta on acquisition strategy.
• Help expand paid acquisition across Google and TikTok.
• Improve testing and optimisation systems as spend increases.
• Produce clear daily and weekly performance reporting.
