You’ll build campaigns, manage budgets, test ideas and report insights, turning client briefs into structured campaigns and actionable plans that drive real outcomes for diverse clients in entertainment, lifestyle and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or paid media
• Strong platform knowledge: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
• Experience with reporting and optimisation
• Organised, process-driven with budgets and documentation
• Commercial mindset focusing on outcomes

Responsibilities

• Planning, building, managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Turning client briefs into campaign workflows, media plans, audience structures, tracking requirements, reporting views and testing plans.
• Managing campaigns from setup to launch, optimisation, reporting and post-campaign learnings.
• Keeping budgets under control through pacing, spend checks, allocation updates and clear documentation.
• Making sure the numbers line up from media plan to platform spend to reporting and invoicing.
• Looking beyond surface-level metrics to understand what is actually driving performance.
• Asking better questions: Are we reaching the right people? Is the creative working? Is the budget pacing properly? What should we test next?
• Working with account, creative and strategy teams to keep campaigns moving and deliver ideas properly.
• Helping build a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement.
• Acting as an advocate for digital marketing inside the agency and with clients.
• Improving workflows through better systems, smarter processes, AI, automation and practical common sense.
