Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, on behalf of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki (AAG TOT), seeks a Membership Manager to lead a high-impact membership programme. You will drive growth, retention and donor pathways, overseeing digital and physical initiatives and reporting to the Head of Philanthropy and Business Development.

You will manage projects, budgets and KPIs, while collaborating with marketing, design and the TAU Digital team to deliver engaging member experiences and sustainable revenue

Formación

• Experience designing donor loyalty programmes and fundraising strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse membership data and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead staff and manage projects with KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the membership team to deliver a high-performing programme aligned with gallery strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership for membership projects across physical and digital spaces.
• Achieve ambitious financial and engagement KPIs within a modest budget.
• Design and deliver initiatives to attract, convert and retain members and donors.
• Collaborate on digital developments for Membership and philanthropy initiatives.
• Align membership plans with the gallery's digital project roadmap and resources.
