Job summary

Grammar Group & Harrison AC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Lead to take ownership of commercial HVAC projects from installation through completion. This hands-on leadership role requires strong on-site management, drawing interpretation, and coordination with builders, engineers and other trades.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial HVAC installation.
• Previous site lead / foreman experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, pipework and controls.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving.
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety.

• Full NZ driver licence.

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Lead to join our growing team.

Grammar Group & Harrison AC are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Commercial Installer / Mechanical Project Lead who can take ownership of projects from installation through to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has strong commercial HVAC experience, understands construction sites, and has previous experience leading teams and coordinating mechanical works.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Lead, you will be responsible for helping deliver commercial HVAC projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will:
