Job summary

McAlpine Hussmann in Petone, New Zealand is seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join our AC Contracts team. This full-time role involves hands-on installation on diverse projects and contributes to delivering first-class service to our customers.

You should be HVAC trade qualified with 5+ years of experience in mechanical plant installation, ductwork and pipework (CHW/LTHW/Hybrid VRF/CW). Experience with VRF systems is valued, MGPS/HTM CP certification preferred but not essential.

• HVAC trade qualified with 5+ years of proficiency in mechanical plant installation, ductwork installation, mechanical pipework installations (CHW/LTHW/Hybrid VRF/CW).
• Refrigeration piping installation experience in split and VRF systems.
• MGPS (Medical Gases Piped Systems), HTM CP certified is desired, but not essential
• Time Management

We have a vacancy available in our AC Contracts department based in Petone for a highly motivated HVAC Installer. This full-time role would provide hands on installation on various projects for the AC Contracts department.

By joining our AC Contracts team, you will be providing first class service to our valued customers and in return we can offer work that is varied, interesting and hands on.

Key skills required for this role include:

HVAC trade qualified with at least 5+ years of proficiency in mechanical plant installation, ductwork installation, mechanical pipework installations (CHW/LTHW/Hybrid VRF/CW). A trade qualification is desired, but not essential if proficiency is demonstrated.

Refrigeration piping installation experience in split and VRF systems.

MGPS (Medical Gases Piped Systems), HTM CP certified is desired, but not essential
