Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer within building services.
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Strong HVAC design experience for commercial/institutional buildings.
Knowledge of mechanical building services standards and engineering practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

Developpracticalandefficientengineeringsolutionsforcomplexprojects
Manageassignedprojectsfromconceptthroughcompletion
Maintainprojectquality,budgets,anddeliveryschedules
Communicateeffectivelywithclients,contractors,consultants,andstakeholders
Attenddesignmeetingsandprovidetechnicaladviceduringprojectdelivery
