Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer within building services.
• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong HVAC design experience for commercial/institutional buildings.
• Knowledge of mechanical building services standards and engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

• Coordinatewithmultidisciplinaryengineeringteamsthroughoutprojectdelivery
• Reviewengineeringdesignstoensurecompliancewithindustrystandards
• Conductconstructionmonitoringandsiteinspectionsasrequired
• Developpracticalandefficientengineeringsolutionsforcomplexprojects
• Manageassignedprojectsfromconceptthroughcompletion
• Maintainprojectquality,budgets,anddeliveryschedules
• Communicateeffectivelywithclients,contractors,consultants,andstakeholders
• Attenddesignmeetingsandprovidetechnicaladviceduringprojectdelivery
• Supportcontinuousimprovementandcontributetobusinessgrowth
