Qualifications

• 3 years mechanical engineering experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical design and documentation.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and standards.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Support projects from concept through to delivery.
• Collaborate with electrical, structural, and project engineering teams.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Support site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure designs meet New Zealand standards and regulations.
