Job summary

MECCA Queenstown is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the store's day-to-day operations in Queenstown on a full-time basis. You will oversee stock flow, visual merchandising, KPI performance and team development to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you’ll coach and mentor a diverse team, manage stocktakes, and ensure store standards remain flawless while supporting MECCA’s mission to inspire beauty and care. Trail period applies for new starters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
• Manage and audit stocktakes
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience
• If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period

We are looking for a passionate a Store Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Queenstown in Queenstownon a full-time basis.
