MECCA Brands in Queenstown, NZ is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead MECCA Queenstown on a full-time basis. You will oversee daily store operations, stock flow, merchandising, and team leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPIs, and building a high-performing team while maintaining MECCA’s standards and culture. Travel and lifting heavy items may be involved; training will be provided.

• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

Job description

We are looking for a passionate a Store Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Queenstown in Queenstown on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities / Ngā kawenga o ia rā:

What success looks like in this role/Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga:

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period.
