Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) New Zealand is seeking an experienced MDM administrator to manage corporate iOS/Android devices and BYOD programs via Intune. You will handle enrollment, patching, and security configurations while migrating and automating tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

The role requires deep expertise in Windows deployment, device management, and networking concepts, with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing MDM.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune or SOTI.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with co-management and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and packaging.
• Experience with mobile certificate deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of corporate iOS and Android Devices, as well as mobile application management for BYOD devices via Microsoft Intune
• Management activities for corporate iOS and Android devices
• Device enrolment and configuration via Android and Apple Business Management for corporate devices.
• Device update and patch management for corporate devices.
• Certification profile management, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Management of device compliance and configuration policies.
• Security configuration and compliance monitoring.
• Application deployment via App Store and Google Play.
• Apple Volume Purchase Program management
