Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects in enterprise mobility environments. You will oversee delivery, budgets, risk, change, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes and long-term client value.

You will work closely with customers, technical teams, and delivery partners to drive execution, resolve issues, and maintain service performance in business-critical settings. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Experience in enterprise mobility environments preferred (managed services, software support, OT).
  • Hands-on experience with SOTI MDM and mobile device management.

  • Support account growth by identifying new service opportunities.
  • Oversee third-party providers and subcontractors for delivery quality.

Job description

What success looks like in this role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects within enterprise mobility environments, overseeing delivery, budgets, risk, change, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes. Working closely with customers, technical teams, and delivery partners, you’ll drive project execution, resolve issues, maintain service performance in business-critical environments, and build trusted client relationships that create long-term value and growth opportunities.

What you’ll do
  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex client projects and services.
  • Managing budgets, resources, financial performance, and project profitability.
  • Acting as a product and domain expert to understand client requirements and provide guidance.
  • Identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Managing relationships with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Managing project change impacts across timelines, cost, and resources.
  • Supporting account growth through the identification of new service opportunities.
  • Overseeing third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure delivery quality and accountability.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
  • 6-8 years’ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise mobility environments, ideally within managed services, software support, or operational technology environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with SOTI Mobile Device Manager (MDM).
  • Strong knowledge of Android operating systems and mobile device lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and Hyper‑V environments.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience supporting business‑critical systems operating within defined SLAs.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with software deployments, upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
  • General IT qualifications and a current driver’s licence.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Airport Airside Security Pass.
  • Must successfully complete police and reference checks.
Highly Regarded
  • Microsoft Intune administration.
  • Google Admin experience.
  • iOS device management and support.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale software solutions.
  • Business analysis, end‑user training, database administration, UNIX, or programming experience.
