Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Mobility Engineer in New Zealand to join our Intelligent Workspace team. You will design, build and support modern managed solutions, collaborating across Datacom groups to help customers become more productive and innovative.

You will travel to client sites and conferences, deliver services to agreed SLAs, and provide hands-on governance for iOS, Android, Google Admin, SOTI and Intune environments. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting and proactive improvement."

Qualifications

5+ years IT industry experience, MSP background preferred.
≈2 years in Mobility role.
Strong knowledge of iOS and Android.
Networking, TCP/IP, Active Directory, DNS experience.
Experience with SOTI, Google Admin, and Microsoft Intune administration.

Responsibilities

Travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences as required.
Deliver services via SLAs with tool/process usage.
Operate and monitor customer systems; incident resolution support.
Identify inefficient procedures and suggest improvements.
Produce timely reports and training to staff.
Lead major incidents and governance for device environments (iOS, Android, Chrome OS).
