Job summary

Tiaki Wai, the regional water services provider for Greater Wellington and South Wairarapa, is seeking an experienced asset maintenance planner to deliver Planned Maintenance Programs using Maximo. This full-time role offers a mix of support and autonomy with flexible work options.

You will manage key relationships, develop Maximo-based works orders, and monitor programs across the region. A Diploma or degree in engineering and at least five years in asset management are required, along with a

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise level asset maintenance planning tools and asset management with Maximo experience.
Strong computer literacy with maintenance and asset management systems.
NZ Class 1 license.
Budget / financial management experience.
Diploma in Engineering / Degree qualification (Civil, Mech, Elect) or other suitable trade qualification.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee key relationships with internal and external partners and system support specialists.
Develop effective Planned Maintenance Programs within Maximo works order management system.
Provide support to the Service Delivery team on Planned Maintenance Programs.
Monitor the status of maintenance plans and assist teams with follow-up activities.
Assist in the training and development of staff competency in the use of the computerised Asset Management System.
