Job summary

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities seeks an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of asset and maintenance projects in the Wellington region. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure homes are well maintained, compliant, and meet customer needs.

The role combines asset management, project delivery, and negotiation to optimise asset performance and value for the housing portfolio. Five weeks’ annual leave and insurance benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Property Management, Valuation, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing property assets, maintenance programmes, or property-related projects.
• Experience preparing options analyses, business cases, and reports.
