Job summary

Tiaki Wai is seeking a Senior Asset Maintenance Planner to lead Maximo-based planning for three waters maintenance programs across the region, ensuring asset data is collected, stored and used to optimise future work.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise asset planning (Maximo preferred), strong computer literacy, NZ Class 1 license, and a Diploma or degree in Engineering or related trade. Flexible working options include up to 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise asset planning tools and asset management (Maximo preferred).
• Strong computer literacy with maintenance and asset management systems.
• NZ Class 1 license.
• Budget/financial management experience.
• Engineering diploma or degree or suitable trade qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee key relationships with internal and external partners across Tiaki Wai and Alliance partners.
• Develop effective Planned Maintenance Programs within the Maximo works order management system.
• Provide support to the Service Delivery team on Planned Maintenance Programs.
• Monitor the status of maintenance plans and assist teams with follow-up activities.
• Assist in training staff competency in the use of the computerised Asset Management System.
