Job summary

Garin College seeks an innovative and enthusiastic Mathematics teacher to join our experienced Mathematics faculty. The role covers junior and senior maths up to Level 3 NCEA, with the possibility to teach Calculus and/or Statistics to Year 13.

Qualifications

• Must be NZ registered and familiar with NZ Curriculum and NCEA.
• Ability to teach Maths to Years 7–15, up to Level 3 NCEA.
• Experience in Calculus and/or Statistics at Year 13 considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Teach Secondary Mathematics to Years 7–15 up to NCEA Level 3.
• Contribute to collaborative Mathematics faculty practices.
• Support, uphold and participate in the school’s special character.

We seek an innovative and enthusiastic teacher of Mathematics to join our experienced and collaborative Mathematics faculty. The ability to teach junior and senior maths up to Level 3 NCEA is essential. The ability to teach Calculus and/or Statistics to Year 13, NCEA L3 will be an advantage.
