Job summary

Halter is looking for a Material Supply Planner to own supply for selected components and suppliers. You will turn demand into material requirements, manage POs, and maintain inventory health while partnering with hardware operations and contract manufacturers to keep production on track.

You’ll address persistent supplier issues, drive on-time delivery, and provide visibility into supply health with clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and factory scheduling.
• Strong understanding of material requirements planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Run the supply plan for your components and convert demand into material requirements.
• Place, manage and track purchase orders, and flag early when at risk.
• Run the clear-to-build check before production and lead recovery during shortages.
