Halter is seeking a Material Supply Planner to own supply for defined components and suppliers. You will convert demand into material requirements, place and manage purchase orders, maintain healthy inventory, and anticipate shortages before they impact production.

You’ll work with the Hardware operations team and the wider Supply Chain group to keep the plan honest and visible. This hands-on role offers immediate impact as Halter grows, with opportunities to build supplier relationships, tackle

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Strong grasp of MRP, PO management, and inventory control.
• Ability to translate demand into material requirements and lead times.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships under pressure.
• Sharp data-driven approach to supply planning and analysis.
• Clear, direct communication with stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Run the supply plan for assigned components, turning forecasts into material requirements.
• Place, manage and track purchase orders, ensuring on-schedule delivery and early risk flags.
• Execute build-ready checks before production and lead recovery when shortages occur.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to expedite delays at the source.
• Address persistent supply issues (lead times, part shortages) and resolve them.
• Manage inventory with appropriate coverage and adjust as needed for production plans.
