Allevia Radiology in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness and stakeholder engagement, split between the Group Marketing offices in Remuera, on-site branch visits, and occasional work from home. This permanent full-time role offers variety and the chance to contribute to patient care through effective communications.

• Experience translating business requests into briefs for design, content, comms & digital specialists.
• Experience coordinating collateral, signage, printed material, digital content, or campaign support.
• Experience supporting events, stakeholder activity, launches or internal communications would be advantageous.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous.

Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of business marketing activity that builds brand awareness, strengthens stakeholder engagement, supports operational priorities and contributes to the better health journey our patients expect.

About the role:

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this is a permanent full-time position where your week will be split between the Group Marketing offices in Remuera, regular on-site visits to our branches, plus the opportunity to work a day from home. Variety is the key to this role.

About you:

Bringing a wealth of experience from previous successful marketing roles, you’ll be the go‑to contact for the business. Adept at translating business requests in to clear, actionable briefs for the marketing team, you’ll be pro‑active in coordinating collateral, proofing and approvals to support the team to deliver timely, accurate and on‑brand marketing material. As our ideal candidate you will have:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, account management, or project coordination role
• Experience translating business marketing requests into clear briefs for design, content, comms & digital specialists
• Experience coordinating collateral, signage, printed material, digital content, communications or campaign support.
• Experience supporting events, stakeholder activity, launches, education sessions or internal communications would be advantageous.
• Healthcare experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
