Sika New Zealand is seeking a Marketing and Communications Leader to develop and execute our regional strategy. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee brand management, digital marketing, campaigns, events and market analysis to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, specification and target market teams, lead a marketing team, and implement ROI-driven programs while enabling remote work one day per week after training.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Sika New Zealand’s marketing and communications strategy. You will oversee brand management, customer communications, digital marketing, campaigns, events, market analysis and team leadership. You will work closely with our sales, specification and target market teams to support growth initiatives, strengthen customer relationships and identify new market opportunities. After initial training you will have the option to work remotely one day each week.
Develop and execute Sika New Zealand's customer engagement, communications and demand generation strategy to support business growth and market share objectives. Lead and protect the Sika brand across all touchpoints. Build, strengthen and protect the Sika brand across all customer, employee and market touchpoints. Drive customer engagement and demand generation initiatives that support sales growth, customer retention and market development. Lead Sika NZ's digital marketing strategy, including digital channels, customer journeys, analytics and marketing effectiveness. Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support strategic growth priorities, new product introductions and target market initiatives. Working closely with Target Market Managers and the Technical Information Manager, ensure technical information is effectively positioned and communicated to drive customer engagement and business growth. Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business planning, strategic decision-making and identification of growth opportunities. Develop customer engagement programs and market-facing initiatives, including events, conferences and exhibitions, to strengthen customer relationships, increase brand awareness and support business growth. Establish marketing performance measures and reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment and drive continuous improvement. Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing team.
