Job summary

Sika New Zealand is seeking a Marketing and Communications Leader to develop and execute our regional strategy. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee brand management, digital marketing, campaigns, events and market analysis to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, specification and target market teams, lead a marketing team, and implement ROI-driven programs while enabling remote work one day per week after training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer engagement, communications and demand generation strategy to support growth and market share.
• Lead and protect the Sika brand across all customer, employee and market touchpoints.
• Drive customer engagement and demand generation initiatives that support sales growth and retention.
• Lead Sika NZ's digital marketing strategy, including channels and analytics, to improve marketing effectiveness.
