Job summary

Tenco EBS Limited in Christchurch, NZ, seeks a Senior Market Operations Specialist to own day-to-day market operations, including setup of embedded and customer networks, ICP applications with local networks, and coordinating field services. You will work with the Group Chief Operations Officer to ensure accuracy for NZ Electricity Authority audits and interface with retailers, distributors, regulators, and auditors.

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day market operations processes to keep systems running smoothly.
• Set up Embedded and Customer networks and ICP applications with local networks.
• Coordinate field services with metering and field service providers.
• Support compliance and audit programmes and identify process gaps.
• Work with Market Operations Manager to improve operations.
