Fonterra Co-operative Group is seeking an experienced Market Integration Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Customer team. You'll lead a team responsible for connecting markets, planning, manufacturing and logistics to ensure clear visibility of supply performance and customer outcomes.

In this influential role, you will drive short-term volume delivery, manage supply and order book risks, and influence critical decisions across stakeholders while operating at both strategic and operational

  • Coordinating communication and stakeholder management during critical incidents.
  • Building strong relationships across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, S&O and Market teams.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Market Integration team.

The GSC Customer team plays a critical role in connecting our markets, customers and operations. Working across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing and Market teams, we help ensure our customers receive the products they need while balancing supply chain performance, risk and customer outcomes. This team's ability to bring visibility, alignment and action across the business is key to delivering on our commitments to customers around the globe.

About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Market Integration Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Customer team.

This is a highly influential leadership role sitting at the centre of short-term volume performance across Global Supply Chain. You'll lead a team responsible for connecting markets, planning, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure we have clear visibility of supply performance, customer impacts and emerging risks.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Co-op, you'll play a key role in driving short-term volume delivery, managing supply and order book risks, supporting critical incident response and influencing decisions that impact both customer outcomes and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the short-term volume planning and performance management process.
  • Owning the weekly volume performance cadence and reporting across key stakeholder groups.
  • Managing supply, inventory and order book risks across markets.
  • Partnering with Planning and Market teams to communicate supply constraints and customer impacts.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex supply chain and customer issues.
  • Coordinating communication and stakeholder management during critical incidents.
  • Building strong relationships across Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, S&O and Market teams.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Market Integration team.

You're an experienced leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing people together to drive outcomes.

You will bring strong supply chain, logistics, planning, customer operations or related experience, along with the ability to navigate competing priorities and influence across multiple stakeholder groups. You're comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level and can translate complex information into clear actions and decisions.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience operating within a complex supply chain or customer environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Commercial and analytical capability.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to make sound decisions and provide leadership during periods of ambiguity or change.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
