Fonterra in Auckland on-site is seeking a Strategy Analyst to accelerate development within a global dairy co-operative. You will work alongside senior leaders to solve complex business challenges and build a strategy toolkit for future leadership.

The role offers hands-on project work, coaching, and broad business exposure, preparing you for leadership roles across the Co-op.

About the Opportunity \| Mō tēnei tūranga

The Strategy Analyst is designed for high-potential talent who want to accelerate their development and build the skills needed to become future leaders within the Co‑op. Working alongside Fonterra’s most senior leaders, you'll gain exposure to the Co‑op’s strategic priorities, helping solve complex business challenges while developing a deep understanding of how the Co‑op operates. This role offers a unique apprenticeship‑style experience, combining hands‑on project work, coaching, and broad business exposure. If you're a few years into your career and ready to accelerate, this is an opportunity to build a strategy toolkit that will set you up for future leadership roles across the organisation.
