Job summary

Babcock New Zealand is seeking an Engineering Change Project Controller to join the Engineering Change team at Devonport, Auckland. You will coordinate across engineering, project management and stakeholders, maintaining schedules, tracking costs and risks, and preparing reports to keep delivery visible.

This role suits someone with project coordination or controls experience who is detail-oriented and enjoys bringing people and information together in a complex maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-focused project coordinator with admin, scheduling, reporting and document control.
• Able to track costs, risks and changes while coordinating information across stakeholders.
• Strong systems skills and a proactive approach in a Defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and project controls support to keep engineering change projects moving.
• Maintain schedules, track costs and risks, coordinate documentation and monitor progress.
• Prepare reports that give project teams clear visibility of delivery.
