Babcock Australasia seeks an Engineering Change Project Controller to join the Devonport, Auckland team. You will provide coordination and project controls support for RNZN projects, maintaining schedules, tracking costs and risks, coordinating documentation, and delivering clear progress reports.

This role suits a detail-oriented, organised professional with experience in project coordination or controls, in a complex maritime and defence environment. Hybrid work in NZ is supported.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Project Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• CAPM or CPPP certification preferred.
• Eligible to obtain NZ Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support engineering change projects to keep schedules on track.
• Maintain schedules, track costs and risks, and coordinate documentation.
• Prepare reports for visibility of delivery to project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across engineering, project management and other stakeholders.
