Job summary

Sportsmarinesyd in Auckland is seeking skilled automotive technicians to join their team at the Auckland branch. You will diagnose, repair, and service light vehicles in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality workmanship.

Requirements include at least 3 years of experience with light and light commercial vehicles, strong diagnostic skills, a valid full NZ Class 1 driver's license, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with light vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Clean full class 1 driver's license.
• WOF knowledge is advantageous but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and carry out necessary automotive repairs.
• Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components.
• Performing scheduled maintenance services on diesel and petrol vehicles.
• Assist with general servicing and WOF checks when required.

Looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your Automotive career? Look no further! Our highly successful client, a trusted Automotive sales ,repair and maintenances provider in Auckland , is currently seeking an experienced Auto Technicians to join their team at the Auckland Branch.

Your Job role:
You will have the ability to work independently producing a high standard of work. Full automotive skill set will be required. WOF endorsements would be an advantage but full training will be offered for the right candidate.

• Perform diagnostic testing and carry out necessary automotive repairs.
• Dismantling and removing engine assemblies transmissions steering mechanisms and other components.
• Performing scheduled maintenance services on diesel and petrol vehicles
• Assist with general Servicing and WOF checks when required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 3 years’ working experience with light vehicles & light commarcial vehicles
• Strong Fault Finding and Diagnostic Skills
• Passion and drive to grow your role within the company
• Clean full class 1 Drivers License
• Excellent remuneration package-($30-$35 Hourly rate depend on experience)
• Working hours: 7:30am to 4.30pm minimum 30 hours per week.(Monday to Friday)
• Work with a close-knit enthusiastic team
• On-site training provided
