Sealord Group Ltd invites applications for a Project Coordinator – Engineering to support capital engineering projects across vessel operations. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, documenting, and cost tracking, working with project managers, marine engineering, vessel teams, purchasing, finance, and contractors.

You will gain exposure to health, safety, quality and compliance standards while supporting travel to sites as needed to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial, administration, and coordination skills with good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and administration of capital engineering projects for vessels.
  • Coordinate project meetings, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Track project progress, budgets, work hours and expenditure.
  • Coordinate purchasing activity, including purchase orders, parts sourcing, delivery timeframes and supplier invoice resolution.
  • Maintain accurate project records and close-out documentation.
  • Assist in business case preparation and parts lists as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with engineering, vessel, purchasing, finance and service providers.
