Job summary

Sealord Group Ltd is seeking a capable Project Coordinator - Engineering to support vessel and engineering projects across the business. Reporting to the Commercial and Finance Manager – Operations, you will help plan, coordinate and administer capital engineering projects and work with project managers, marine engineering, vessel teams, purchasing, finance, contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of project proposals, budgets, cashflows and schedules.
• Coordinate project meetings, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Track project progress, budgets, hours and expenditure.
• Coordinate purchasing activity, including POs, sourcing, delivery timeframes, pricing and supplier invoice resolution.
• Maintain accurate project records and close-out documentation.
• Support business case preparation and parts lists where required.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, vessel, purchasing, finance, H&S, contractors and service providers.
• Support Sealord's commitment to health, safety, quality and compliance.
