As the Māori & Equity Transition Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Māori & Equity Outcomes to establish and embed a new operating model, structure, work programme, governance rhythms and ways of working across ACC. This is a unique opportunity to shape how ACC delivers Māori and equity outcomes, translating strategy into practical delivery plans and sustainable business practices that support keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. You will partner with leaders, influence across complex stakeholder groups, and support the successful implementation of organisational priorities.
The appointing salary for this role is $117,787 to $152,430 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
