Job summary

ACC New Zealand is seeking a Māori & Equity Transition Lead to establish and embed a new operating model, structure, and work programme across ACC. You will work with the Head of Māori & Equity Outcomes to shape how ACC delivers Māori and equity outcomes, partnering with leaders and guiding governance and delivery.

This fixed-term role offers flexible location options, a salary of NZD 117,787 to 152,430 depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 9% superannuation

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical delivery plans and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi applied in systems/policy.
