Job summary

Fletcher Building Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Support Officer to be at the centre of our Tauriko manufacturing operation, ensuring accurate system data and smooth flow between Production, Distribution and Supply Chain teams.

You will maintain production, inventory and operational data within JDE, support planning activities, coordinate warehouse transactions and provide admin support. The role also supports continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance site performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production support, operational coordination or similar role, supported by relevant prior work experience.
• A qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Advanced capability using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or similar.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to build effective working relationships across production, distribution and support teams.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Support Officer, you'll be at the centre of our Tauriko manufacturing operation, supporting the flow of information between Production, Distribution and Supply Chain teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate system data, coordinating production and inventory transactions, supporting reporting requirements, and providing operational and administrative support that helps keep the site running smoothly and efficiently.

Highly organised and proactive, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting and be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
